Yes. The assistant does not store any personal information unless you provide it directly. Anonymized usage data will be used to improve the AI Assistant.

Conversations are confidential and are never used for marketing or sales.

While the AI Assistant is smart, it can’t:

• Book travel or hotels
• Process payments
• Provide emergency support
• Replace event staff for urgent matters
